Own and close lender partnerships across India — selling Collekt’s AI-driven loan performance platform to banks, NBFCs and fintechs. Operate independently in the field, translating complex orchestration and ML systems into commercial outcomes.
What You’ll Own
- End-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
- Direct engagement with CXOs, Heads of Collections, Risk, and Digital
- Translating technical architecture into business impact (recovery, cost-to-collect, control)
- Managing pilots and converting them into scaled deployments
- Building long-term strategic relationships across lending institutions
- Feedback loop into product — shaping positioning based on real market signal
This is not lead gen. It’s independent, full-cycle ownership.
Essential Skills
- 5+ years selling into financial institutions (banks, NBFCs, or fintech lenders)
- Proven ability to close enterprise or mid-market deals independently
- Strong understanding of collections, lending economics, or risk
- Deep technical curiosity — comfortable discussing AI, ML, and system architecture
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Nice to Have
- Engineering or technical background
- Experience selling SaaS, data platforms, or AI products
- Familiarity with Indian lending ecosystem and regulatory context
- Experience running pilots and structured proof-of-value cycles
